Bella Poarch's natural Filipino parents gave birth to her in the Philippines on the 9th of February 1997. Bella Poarch's grandmother lived within the slums of Manila until she turned three. The adoptive parents are American white with military training, while her mother is Filipino. She says her adoptive brother and she were abused from when she was young up until the time she enlisted. She and her family moved to Texas at the age of 13 because her father needed bypass surgery. The family spent a couple of months in San Francisco with her aunt. The physical abuse ceased in the end, however her father continued to psychologically abuse her in the her home. At the age of 18, she joined her first service in the United States Navy. Poarch began her TikTok profile in April of 2020. Within eight months she had more than forty million followers. She posted a number of videos. But her most enduring moment was her music video featuring MillieB's famous hit track Soph Aspin Send. This zoomed video, which showed her lip-syncing and jumping to the song in rhythmic to the song, became all over the internet. Poarch launched her YouTube as well as Twitter accounts in the months after her the joining of TikTok to benefit from the growing popularity. Her popularity grew rapidly until November 2020. Two of the biggest Esports professionals were reported to be interested in her. FaZe Clan & 100 Thieves each expressed interest in bringing on the content creator to work as part of their brand.
